Chart your ship's stats before you set sail.
Pick a hull, fit it with Outfittings, Specialty Items and Crew Supplies, crew it up, and see exactly what you're getting — then compare two builds side by side to settle which upgrades are worth pursuing.
How it works
Three steps, all saved right in your browser.
Step 01:Create Ship Loadout
Pick a hull, enter the roll % your ship came out with, fit an Outfitting, Specialty Item and Crew Supply, then staff it with crew.
Step 02:Name and Save
Give the build a name and save it as a template. It's stored locally in your browser, ready to load again anytime.
Step 03:Compare
Load two saved builds side by side and see exactly how their stats, upgrades, and crew stack up against each other.

How the numbers work
Every crafted ship rolls its own base stats — the "Roll %" column is the variance your specific ship rolled (shown in-game as "Base vs Average"). Enter that roll, and it stacks with every Outfitting, Specialty Item, and Crew Supply bonus you've fitted, applied straight to the ship type's underlying base. For most stats that's additive percentage on top of a real base value (Hull, Sail, Speed, Cannon Damage); a few stats — Crew Bravery, Crew Damage, Doubloons, Tidings, Effective Fishing, Spyglass — roll from zero, so their Final is just your roll plus your upgrades added directly. Cooldowns, Repair Cooldown, Cannon Reload Time, and Wake Scalar always reduce, so those fields auto-apply a minus sign for you.
Crewmembers are modeled by profession, rank, and the pips you allocate to their bonus stats. Loyalty level increases (which slightly grow a crewmember's bonuses over time in-game) aren't factored in — this tool assumes a freshly-hired crewmember at base loyalty, so treat crew numbers as a floor rather than a ceiling.
